Reinforcement Mesh for Resin Bound Surfacing
Composed of high modulous polyester fibres, the reinforcement mesh has been specifically developed to improve the strength, stability, and longevity of resin bound surfaces. Featuring a woven fibreglass construction with an impressive tensile strength of up to 45 kN, it provides exceptional reinforcement while maintaining the permeability required for SuDS-compliant installations.

Designed for pedestrian and light commercial applications, the mesh offers a practical no-dig solution that simplifies groundwork and reduces installation times. Unlike traditional permeable concrete or tarmac bases, there is no need to wait for sub-base curing, allowing resin bound gravel to be installed immediately once the mesh system is in place.

Suitable for both overlay projects and newly prepared MOT grit-based foundations, the mesh helps create a stable, reinforced base that can significantly reduce the risk of cracking and surface movement. Its innovative triple-layer design enhances load distribution and can provide up to four times greater strength compared to resin bound surfacing installed without reinforcement.

Important Information
Cut rolls may occasionally be supplied in up to two sections rather than a single continuous length. Where multiple sections are supplied, the mesh should be overlapped at the joint during installation to ensure continuous reinforcement and performance.
